Description
CFC panels (carbon-carbon composite) combine low density with mechanical strength at high temperature. They are used as walls, roofs, discs, shields and structural components in vacuum furnaces and controlled atmospheres.
The same carbon-carbon composite family covers hot glass tooling (tongs, guides, sweep-out) when the process requires clean contact with the gob or the container.
