[ Technical summary ]

In a tortilla machine, dough passes between rollers and over hot plates, and its tendency to stick halts production and wears the working surfaces. A graphite lubricant forms a dry film that reduces that sticking and lowers friction between dough and surface, keeping production flowing. Selection must start from the sanitary requirements of the plant, which determine what product is acceptable in that position.
