We translate your process conditions into a viable material and geometry specification. When useful, we do it on a technical plant visit: review the application with your team, the drawing, and real operating conditions.
We account for thermal shock, wear, bath contamination, tolerances, and machining feasibility. The goal is a part that works in the plant, can be manufactured repeatably, and lowers total cost of ownership.
