## Flake (crystalline) graphite

Natural crystalline graphite is a mineral-origin material processed and classified by particle size and fixed carbon content, supplied for refractories, batteries, coatings and foundry. The **flake** morphology is what provides crystallinity and laminar lubricity.

### Applications

- Refractories
- Lithium batteries
- Coatings
- Foundry

Coarse flake is usually preferred in refractories and in some expansion processes; deposit-to-deposit variability is managed through mesh and purity specification.

## Micronized graphite

Micronized graphite is processed to controlled particle sizes so it disperses more easily in industrial formulations — lubricants, coatings, paints, plastics and rubber.

ESGRAF supplies general mesh and micron ranges. Exact specifications are confirmed during the commercial process.

Fine / micronized powders favor dispersion in liquids, plastics and coatings.

## Specifications

Check mesh, carbon content, moisture and ash for the grade. Certificates of analysis available on request.
