## Thermal textile for stitching and auxiliary sealing

Graphite thread is produced from fibers subjected to carbonization and graphitization processes. The result is a high-temperature-resistant thread with low friction and good stability against aggressive media.

ESGRAF supplies it for **sewing soft felts**, fabricating packing reinforcements, tying elements in furnaces and other applications requiring a flexible element that does not degrade with heat.

> Do not confuse with **structural carbon fiber (HT/UHT)**: graphite thread is intended for textile and insulation applications, not structural mechanical loads such as aerospace composites.
